(Deutsch) Kolumbien – reunited zur verlorenen Stadt

Since yesterday it’s exactly 6 months that we are on the road to “eastbound” the world. We think that this is a good moment to thank all of you for your great support and for following our adventure. Your “virtual participation” means a lot to us!

So far we saw beautiful places in 15 countries, drove 22.000 kilometers on every kind of roads, visited 4 SOS Childrens Villages and met many many great people! And to be honest: no matter where, when or with whom – all of our experiences have been amazingly positiv! Maybe it’s because most of the people are nice if you only face them with a smile – independently of their country, ethnical background, culture or language…

We hope that we could communicate our emotions and impressions in a realistic and authentic way so you were able to share them with us!

And now let’s get ready for 6 more months, +15 more countries, ??? more kilometers and MANY MANY more nice people! Stay tuned and SMILE!

Thailand 1

$...and THAT beach definitely helps! We end up on Koh Kut island and both of us didn\'t know that such a paradise still exists... beautiful palm tree covered beaches, crystal clear water and almost no tourists.. perfect!!$

$This is the view from our bungalow... ready for vacation? :-)We can\'t believe that not even 24 hours ago we flew by Mt. Everest...$

$This piece of paradise doesn\'t only offer top beaches around the island, there are also two waterfalls hidden in the jungle...$

$The basin of the waterfall is pefect to swim and even better: jumping from the waterfall cliffs! Here Dominik is trying himself as a base jumper.. let\'s see, maybe he makes it to a Red Bull sponsoring :-)$

$When in Rome, do it like the Roman\'s, is what Martin\'s dad always uses to say... well, here we go, 3 of us on one bike... and there was even room for 5 more :-)$

$...which starts the next day at 4:30 am (!!). Luckily there\'s a McDonald to get a coffeein infusion before we head off :-)$

$Right on the first day there\'s an accident, luckily nothing serious happened besides a broken angle and a bike that broke in two. Seems it was a good idea to take a van with us :-)$

$After the ceremony there\'s lunch and kids get presents - not very useful ones as we think, as it\'s mostly plastic weapons and battery driven plastic guitars.$

$What Martin needs in the morning is a coffee... as we are in a rush to pick up our tailor made pants and shirt he get\'s a coffee to go... Thai style :-)$

$On our last evening we are invited to Sukie\'s opening of his photo vernisage. Sukie got famous in Thailand as a music and motorbike documentary produce and now found his love in photography$

Nepal 2 (Résumé)

Après le départ d’Eva on a pris la décision de faire un cours de méditation et yoga et après une semaine de silence, de tranquillité et d’un peu de Bouddhisme je peux vous dire que ça peut être intéressant pour tout le monde de bouquiner un peu là dessus… Après cette semaine on décide de faire un deuxième trek, cette fois si dans la région des Annapurnas. On veux éviter les touristes donc on décide de faire le Mardi Himal Basecamp trek, qui nous emmène a travers une jungle impressionnante jusqu’à plus de 3000 mètres d’altitude où avec beaucoup de chance il y a une ouverture dans le brouillard le matin et on peu voir l’Annapurna South (+7.000) – juste magnifique.
